Redcat Racing Landslide XTE Brushless Monster Truck
If you’re a fan of Redcat Racing’s basher-focused R/C trucks, their two most-recent models should go far in whetting your appetite for fun. Following the return of their mammoth ⅙-scale Shredder monster truck, they’ve pulled the curtain back on another brushless-powered truck, the Landslide XTE.
This ready-to-run (RTR) radio-controlled monster truck packs in plenty of features to make it not only fast, but durable as well. An aluminum chassis and big-bore, oil-filled shocks help provide performance and strength, while four large, tread-happy tires give the Landslide XTE plenty of grip.
A 1920kv brushless motor is nestled under the body of this truck and draws power from two LiPo batteries (not included with this kit). The overall stance of this vehicle is low, leading me to believe it will feature impressive sliding and drifting ability, in addition to being an impressive jumper.
The polycarbonate body features a blue and black graphics scheme and molded visual details such as headlight indentations and a rear rollbar slope. The front and rear bumper appear to provide ample impact resistance and also include LED mounting holes for added lighting.
