I'm always on the lookout for a great deal. The way I see it, if I can save on the initial cost of a new R/C vehicle, that gives me more money for upgrades…or to buy another machine down the road.
A great way to score a deal on a new radio-controlled machine is through scratch & dent deals, and Redcat has some solid savings in store with two of their entry-level R/C crawlers.
As of August 7, 2026, Redcat lists two scratch & dent discounts: one for the Everest 10 and another for the Everest Gen7 Pro. Both of these are box-damaged items, with no listed issues with the models themselves.

Both of these models are excellent choices if you're interested in the R/C crawling scene, or if you want to get someone else into that area of the hobby. With these lower-than-normal prices, these are excellent gateway models to fuel plenty of fun adventures.
