Redesigned from the ground up, the O.S. Speed 21XR-B Version II has been set up to give R/C racers a competitive edge, right out of the box. Not only has the engine been re-tuned for reliability, but it can also be rebuilt and upgraded with higher-performance parts when progressing through higher racing classes.
