An alternative to eBay and Craigslist for used R/C gear: DialedListings.com
As we grow our collection of cars, trucks, buggies, and every other type of radio-controlled machine imaginable, we may need to purge a few things from our garage (from time-to-time). Having done a few sell-offs myself and knowing a few others that have done the same, I’d like to think I know a thing or two about where the best places are to get rid of my used R/C equipment.
The list of usual suspects isn’t a long one, but it’s easy to remember. Garage sales, swap meets, and club gatherings are great ways for you to find new homes for your hobby gear locally, but what about online options. eBay, Craigslist, and forums are the first things that come to mind, which is no surprise, because they work. They’re not hobby-specific, but they do what’s needed.
On the flip-side, a site that launched recently is focused on the hobby. DialedListings.com is a great spot to look for spare parts, bodies, whole vehicles, and everything in-between. While they focus on the performance and competition side of the hobby, you’ll be surprised with what you’ll find.
Have you used DialedListings to either look for or sell any of your equipment?
