Yokomo's YZ-2 DTM Maifield Edition 1/10 2WD R/C Buggy
If you’re a weekend warrior at your local R/C race track, or travel far and wide to attempt to TQ, there are a number of competition-focused vehicles to hone your skills with. Yokomo has added one more to that growing list with their YZ-2 DTM Maifield Edition.
This 1/10-scale, two-wheel drive, electric buggy has been designed with input from racing star, Ryan Maifield, and features an array of updated components over previous models.
Developed specifically for off-road tracks that feature higher amounts of grip, the YZ-2 DTM Maifield features a lay-down gearbox, adjustable front and rear hub carriers, JConcepts S2 body and Aero wing and more.
A stand-up gearbox conversion kit (not included) is available, should your track surface and setup require that modification.
Since this is a kit, there are a few components required to complete the build:
- 2-Channel radio system
- Electronic Speed Control
- Motor
- Steering servo
- Battery pack and batteries (for the buggy and the radio transmitter)
- Compatible battery charger
- 1/10 buggy tires & tire glue
- Polycarbonate paint for body
