Unboxing and Installing Pro-Line’s PowerStroke Performance Scaler Shocks

By: Tim Gluth

They say that you’ll never know how much you’ll miss something until it’s gone.  For the past year, I’ve been regreting the sale of my Slash, specifically the Pro-Line PowerStroke Performance Shocks that I had installed on it.  Christmas brought the oppoortunity for some new R/C gear, so I did some digging and was delighted to find Pro-Line’s PowerStroke Performance Scaler Shocks.

If you’ve never installed or set up shocks on a radio-controlled vehicle before, the task can be a little intimidating.  Thankfully, the task isn’t as daunting as it may seem, and with these shocks, which come assembled from Pro-Line, the task is a piece of cake.  In the video below, I’ll walk through what you get with these shocks, what tools you’ll need to mount them, and we’ll even get them bolted onto my Axial SCX10.

If you're looking for an upgrade that won't bust your budget, adding new shocks can be a great way to improve the look and the trailing performance of your R/C rig.
