Traxxas Adds Stability Management to the Stampede VXL and Bandit VXL
Two more models in the Traxxas lineup receive some sweet TSM.
After announcing and releasing their first vehicle to feature the Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) system, "The Fastest Name in Radio Control" has added the driver-assist feature to their Bandit VXL buggy and Stampede VXL monster truck.
While popular ready-to-run (rtr) vehicles in their own right, the Stampede VXL and Bandit VXL are sure to gain additional fans with the inclusion of TSM. Not known to be a major competition or racing brand (outside of club and local tracks) Traxxas has carved out a nice spot for themselves as both and entry-level R/C car brand as well as offering an impressive lineup of basher-focused machines that you can drive, simply for the pure joy of the hobby.
Both of these vehicles are offered in a variety of configurations and price-points. The VXL package is one of the higher levels that Traxxas offers on their radio-controlled cars, trucks, and buggies and includes a number of upgrades over their lower-tier packages. A brushless power plant, 2.4GHz TQi radio, and Traxxas iD-equipped batteries are among some of the benefits from this options package, and now the addition of stability control can be added to that list.
