The Original RC Fest is Back for Another Round of Action
The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly wreaked havoc on many event plans, but there’s one R/C event that will take place in 2020; the original RC Fest. While there have been a few events to share that name, Adam Mund’s RC Fest X is returning after a short hiatus. Adam has been a constant inspiration for his willingness to give back, both to the hobby and his community.
Celebrating a “Decade of Destruction”, the 2020 installment will take place on August 8th and 9th at East Side Park in Tolono, Illinois. Blending the hobby of radio-controlled vehicles with a blood drive, the focus of this year’s event is the same its predecessors. Along with an array of R/C events to participate in and watch, attendees to RC Fest can also donate blood to the Community Blood Services of Illinois.

- No Prep Drag Racing
- Obstacle Course
- RC Darts
- Platform Derby
- Team Wars
- Tank Trap Trail Competition
- Dakar Rally
- Freestyle R/C Sessions
