Tamiya Super Avante R/C Buggy Kit
It's fun to learn about new releases from R/C brands that have been involved in the hobby from the very beginning. Tamiya is no stranger to new releases; however, one of their latest creations is quite interesting as it is an evolution on an already well-known and beloved model, the Avante.
Set for an upcoming release is a new development from Tamiya, the Super Avante. This 1/10-scale, 4-wheel drive R/C buggy utilizes the new TD-4 chassis and includes several callback features to the original Avante model.
Featuring a polycarbonate body based on its predecessor, the Super Avante has a futuristic-yet-classic feel blending 1980s style with today's advancements in aerodynamics and balance.
The Super Avante buggy sports a one-piece chassis frame and utilizes a shaft-driven four-wheel-drive system for smooth overall performance. Other highlights of this kit include oil-filled shocks, full ball bearings, and two wing mount heights.
