HPI has introduced a new body color option for their Venture trail crawler line, the "Matte Black" FJ Cruiser. As the name implies, this model sports an impressive flat black paint scheme with a gloss HPI logo stenciled on the sides.

The internal components remain unchanged and the standard mix of black and gray chassis elements fits this new body color perfectly. The only other noticeable difference on the Matte Black FJ Cruiser are the wheels, which feature a light gray/dark silver satin finish.
