Speed Freak: ARRMA Limitless 1/7-scale Street Basher

By: Tim Gluth

Known for their durable bashing machines, ARRMA has introduced two new speed demons to satisfy the needs of those who want to go fast. The first of the two models is the Limitless Street Basher, a sleek,  1/7-scale roller that allows you to customize the electronics and squeeze out as much speed as you can handle.

The Limitless Street Basher is a bit of a direction-change for ARRMA. While they've made fast radio-controlled vehicles in the past, this is the first time (in my memory) that they've released a rolling chassis. And what a chassis it is.

ARRMA Limitless Street Bash Roller - Chassis

Made from aluminum, the main chassis plate is designed to deliver durability and performance for your on-road adventures. A center-mounted brace runs down the length of the chassis, adding to the overall rigidity of the vehicle and providing additional support in the event of an impact.

Chassis features include dual battery trays, heavy-duty components such as the drivetrain, servo saver, and drive shafts. Simply install your favorite motor, ESC, radio system, and battery, and you're ready to roll.

ARRMA Limitless Street Bash Roller - Side

On the surface, the ARRMA Limitless carries an aerodynamic design that's meant for top-end speed. Blending aspects of a Formula 1 race car and a modern supercar, the body focuses on low-drag and high stability. Both the front and rear wings can be adjusted to fine-tune the performance of your speed run, helping you gain more speed with each pass.

ARRMA Limitless Street Basher Specs:

  • Length: 28.74"/730mm
  • Height: 6.5" (165mm)
  • Width: 12.20" (310mm)
  • Wheelbase: 15.98" (406mm)
  • Weight: 8.6lbs (3.9kg)
  • Drive type: 4WD

Since this is a rolling chasss+body combo, you'll need to supply your own motor, ESC, radio system, and batteries before you get moving.
