A Compact & Colorful Controller: Radiomaster Unveils its Pocket Crush Radio Lineup

By: Tim Gluth

If you're an R/C pilot or prefer a twin-stick-style controller over a single-hand/trigger-style setup, RadioMaster has launched what appears to be its most compact lineup of radios to date. Their Pocket Crush radio features a portable design that doesn't skimp on features, giving you the best in comfort and performance.

The Pocket Crush is an ELRS transmitter with hall-effect gimbals that feature removable stick ends that can be stored on the back side of the controller. The antenna can also fold down for transport, ensuring nothing on the radio will snag or break off if you need to toss it into a backpack or stuff it into your pocket.

As with many of their other radios, the Pocket Crush runs EdgeTX firmware and uses 18650 batteries as its power source. The batteries can be charged using a USB-C cable, letting you quickly top off your controller for your next flight session.

LED lights and a backlit LCD screen provide input feedback and an overview of settings to let you see exactly what your controller inputs and settings adjustments are doing. Despite its small size, the Pocket Crush radio also includes trim buttons and the ability to add additional antennas to the back for extended range.

Like their Boxer Crush radio, the Pocket Crush is available in several eye-catching colors, including Slate Grey, Frost White, Mint Mist, Hot Pink, Cherry Red, Iceberg Blue, and Lemon Twist Yellow.
