One of the people that I'd consider to be a master of not only painting but designing and creating immaculate R/C build projects is Chris de Graaf (HemiStorm RC). Not only does his have an eye for design and a talent for painting, but his project videos do an amazing job of walking through his thought process as well as the process that he uses to create his radio-controlled wonders.
