Light it up Blue for Autism Awareness - RC Shootout
While I risk sounding like a broken record, the people that make up this great hobby community have shown time and time again that they have amazing compassion and willingness to give to those that need help.
Whether it be providing knowledge on a vehicle build, assisting at a local track, or heading up an event to not only promote the great things that this pastime has to offer, but using that to drive home a much deeper message (I’m looking at you, RC Fest), there are no shortage of great individuals that make up the R/C family.
Marcus White, the man behind 505RC is one such person and he’s throwing a bash on September 6th to help benefit Autism Speaks with the Light it up Blue: RC Shootout at JMW Motorsports R/C Park in Midlothian, VA. The event will feature speed runs, on-road racing, R/C drag races, and plenty of entertainment for the entire family.
