Tear up the road with this new, on-road, brushless-powered, 4-wheel drive Fazer model.
Kyosho has been a mainstay in the R/C world for quite some time. With a rich and storied history, it only makes sense that they’d roll out a new replica model that has history of its own.
One of their latest on-road, radio-controlled models is the 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Fazer is a detailed replica of the original ’70s classic muscle car. From the body to the mechanical components, this ReadySet kit (ready-to-run) is sure to bring back memories, and help create new ones, for hobby (and car) enthusiasts of any age.
Starting with the body, this new Chevelle Fazer model is available in two body colors (red and blue) and featured many details built into the body. Chrome accents, chrome bumpers, and authentic decals give this car a classic visual appeal and are true to the original 1:1 model.
If you really want to step up the scale appearance, light buckets in the headlight and tail light areas are ready to receive LED lights (not included). The car rolls on chrome-painted wheels and authentically modeled tires.
Under the “hood” there is some new tech included with the Kyosho Chevelle Fazer. Utilizing the Orion dDrive brushless motor/ESC (electronic speed control) combo, the chassis tub of this model is kept clean and tidy, while offering ample power to all four wheels.
The internal components also feature ball bearings throughout, helping eliminate friction points and keeping things running smoothly. Speaking of smooth, four oil-filled shocks are included and allow for minor adjustments (by way of spacer clips).
Rounding out the electronics, a waterproof servo, 2.4GHz (2-channel) radio system, and 7.2v (1800mAH) NiMh battery and charger are also included. The only items needed to complete this package are four AA batteries (for the transmitter).
