Kyosho Hits the Trail with its KC10 Toyota Land Cruiser 60
When it comes to 1/10-scale R/C trail trucks, it seems that just about every major brand has its own entry. Traxxas, Axial, Carisma, Vanquish Products, Redcat, and others, the list goes on and on. Now that list has grown to include Kyosho.
While Kyosho has several small-scale crawlers in its lineup thanks to the Mini-Z 4x4, this is the first time in a long time that they've rolled out a 1/10-scale crawler. The KC10 Toyota Land Cruiser 60 features a detailed polycarbonate body painted in champagne gold, with a blend of molded and attached details, including side-view mirrors, a roof rack, and adventure-ready front and rear bumpers.
A longtime holdout of standard body posts and body clips, you'll be happy to learn that the KC10 features a clipless body design with a hinged rear mount and a front clasp that releases from the bottom of the chassis.
Speaking of the chassis, the Kyosho KC10 Toyota LC60 features a ladder-frame chassis, four-link suspension with oil-filled shocks, and is powered by a front-mounted 550-size brushed motor.
The chassis includes front and rear inner fenders for added scale detail, and Kyosho has included a two-speed transmission and optional dig feature for those who want to take their rig to the next level. Both of these optional features will require optional add-on parts (CLW001 for the 2-Speed Kit and CLW002 for the Dig Kit).
