JConcepts Torch 1.9" Aluminum Wheels for Traxxas TRX-4

The much-anticipated and much-hyped Traxxas TRX-4 has hit hobby store shelves and R/C garages worldwide. Judging from the written and recorded reviews, Traxxas has another massive hobby-hit on their hands with this scale rig.

With a new rig comes the opportunity for new upgrades. JConcepts has introduced a new set of aluminum, 1.9” wheels for the TRX-4, taking your scale game up a notch or two. Their Torch wheels feature a 6-spoke design, anodized black finish and silver/aluminum accents.

Using a beadlock design, these wheels have 1:1 functionality and performance benefits, all while adding a bit of weight to this already-dense truck. The wheels mount up to the TRX-4 without modification thanks to included, bolt-in, 12mm hex adapters.

If you’re looking for even more handling performance, a set of 70-gram (per wheel) brass c-shape weights ($18.70) has been developed as an add-on to this wheel set.
