How it's done: Painting RC Patrol's "Sketch Box" Build

By: Tim Gluth

When setting out to build a new R/C vehicle, there are a number of routes you can take to give it customization and personality.  Some people may stick to the "traditional" route, making the vehicle appear scale in nature and some may push the boundaries of design (both visual and industrial) to create their rolling masterpiece.  One of the more unique builds that I've seen recently has been RC Patrol's "Sketch Box".

What started out life as a RTR Axial SCX10 Deadbolt has been transformed into a crazy, one-of-a-kind Jeep that has a style all it's own.  Check out the process that went into painting this machine.

While you're at it, check out the rest of RC Patrol's videos to see what other creations he has cooked up.
