Hit the Trail with Mega Detail: Axial SCX10 III Jeep CJ-7 RTR

Axial has announced another addition to its SCX10 III lineup; the SCX10 III Jeep CJ-7 RTR. Similar to its now-discontinued SCX10 III Early Ford Bronco, this new ready-to-run (RTR) trail machine is packed with both scale details and performance.

Following the same concept as the Early Ford Bronco, the SCX10 III CJ-7 uses a blend of molded plastic and polycarbonate to craft its highly detailed body. An open-top body with tube-frame support gives you easy access to its interior, which includes several scale details like cup holders and an opening center storage console.

The hinged doors are made from injection-molded plastic and can be opened, closed, and even removed, depending on your preference. A narrow front bumper with a stinger gives this rig an authentic rock-crawler feel. Two body color options are available to choose from (red or gray), so you'll immediately be able to customize your Jeep to match your style.

Under the detailed body, you'll find the trail-tested SCX10 III chassis with dig functionality. Licensed Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires mounted on licensed Racine Daytona beadlock wheels add to the rugged performance of this off-road machine.
