FMS is ready to hit the trail this summer with its overland-ready FCX10 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Brushless OVR Edition. The newest addition to the FCX10 lineup brings more than just a new green paint job to the Toyota LC80 family, as motor and tire improvements are also in the mix of updates.
Based on the FCX10 platform, the FCX10 Land Cruiser 80 Brushless OVR Edition features a forest green paint job and an updated graphics package that pays homage to the 1990s. In addition to those visual details, this rig also includes a set of KC HiLites decals for the bumper and roof rack-mounted lights.
Another visual and performance-focused update for this version of the FCX10 is the set of licensed Toyo Open Country AT III tires that it's equipped with. Fans of scale realism should appreciate this addition, which not only brings a visual change but also adds traction benefits.
Beyond the body and tire updates, the FCX10 LC80 OVR also includes an updated brushless outrunner motor (3541 size/1200KV) that's paired with a 50A brushless ESC. This model also includes the revamped gearbox that was introduced with the FCX10P LC80 Pro V2.
Other highlights of this model include a two-speed transmission with high and low gearing, straight axles, chassis-mounted inner fenders, a detailed interior tray with molded-in driver figure, a rugged front bumper and roof rack, and an easy-to-remove body mounting system.
