DIY budget tire foams [Video]

Coming off of an attempted "budget build" I've been keeping my eyes open for ways to save a little money while still making upgrades and changes to my rigs. I found this video tutorial on how to create your own closed-cell foam tire inserts using, of all things, a swimming noodle. This looks like a cool mod that I'll be adding to my list of hobby to-dos. Great job and way to think outside of the box!
