It's always fun learning about new (or new to me) brands in the R/C universe. I've come across the name Rlaarlo on more than one occasion this year, most recently because of the release of their upcoming 1/7-scale crawler, the MK-07. This new ready-to-run (RTR) model, which is available to order on May 14, 2024, fits an interesting space with regards to its size and features.
At 1/7-scale, it's slightly smaller than Axial's SCX6, but it's also larger and more feature-packed than other 1/10-scale crawlers and trail rigs on the market today. Featuring a Jeep-inspired body, this larger-scale trail truck offers selectable 2-and-4-wheel drive, a two-speed transmission, remote-locking/unlocking differentials, and a brushed motor and ESC capable of handling 3S LiPo power.
Appearance-wise, the MK-07 features an array of body details, including a full-featured LED lighting setup that includes headlights, taillights, turn signals, and a roof-mounted lightbar. All of the lights feature several settings that can be adjusted based on your needs.

There are five color options to choose from, including red, green, gray, yellow, and a tan "Dinosaur Age" version. Rlaarlo will also offer several upgrade options when the MK-07 is released, including brass portal axle covers, and metal skid plates and chassis armor.
There will be 500 MK-07 models available to order on 5/14 with an introductory price of $499.99. To learn more about the Rlaarlo MK-07, visit rlaarlo.com.
