Go Big with Losi's Super Baja Rey 2.0 Brushless RTR Desert Truck
Do you dig large-scale R/C fun? If so, Losi has launched its second-generation 1/6-scale desert truck, the Super Baja Rey 2.0. This super-scale off-road truck is big on size and on scale details.
Building off of the original, the Super Baja Rey 2.0 now includes Spektrum Smart electronics (ESC, motor, and radio system), three separate LED light bars, an officially-licensed Brenthel trophy truck body, and more.
The foundation of the Super Baja Rey 2.0 features an aluminum chassis that features removable panels for easier access to the internal components. A bottom-loading battery tray also helps speed up your "pit stops", letting you quickly pull and replace battery packs and get back to driving.
The suspension arms and front driveshafts have been redesigned to provide greater movement over jumps and bumps. The powerplant on this truck, a Spektrum Firma 8S 750kv brushless motor, should propel this trophy truck to speeds over 50mph (when using an 8S LiPo battery).
The scale detail game on this truck is as on-point as ever, including such details as a full-body rollcage, two spare wheels, LED light bars, and scale accessories such as a floor jack, fire extinguisher bottles, fuel cell, and more.
Two color and graphics options are available for the SBR 2.0; a blue and gray King Shocks version, and a yellow and white Brenthel model. Both styles feature gray Method Racing wheels and BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 tires.
