For Those Who "Gotta Go Fast": ARRMA 1/7 Limitless 8S RTR
ARRMA has released a ready-to-run (RTR) version of its 1/7 Limitless Street Speed machine. Previously released as a rolling chassis, this new model is designed to deliver pure speed right out of the box.
With its sleek body design and downforce-producing front and rear wings, the Limitless hasn't undergone much of a cosmetic change; however, you will have the choice of two body colors on the RTR version (red and white.
Under the body, you'll find a motor and ESC that are ready to handle big power, supporting 8S LiPo batteries. The ARRMA Limitless RTR features a Spektrum Firma 1450kv brushless motor (paired with a Spektrum Firma 160A Smart V2 6S/8S ESC) and is supported by a heatsink and cooling fans to help it perform at its peak.
The chassis is made of durable anodized aluminum and features a center brace for additional support at high speeds. ARRMA and Horizon Hobby claim this vehicle can achieve speeds in excess of 120 mph, so the more durability that's baked in, the better you'll be.
With several aero adjustment points, you can tune and tweak your Limitless RTR to help squeeze the most speed out of it as possible. For any R/C fan who's also a speed freak, this looks like the machine for you.
