Tackle Any Terrain with ARRMA's Granite Mega 4x4 Monster Truck

ARRMA has had quite a week of announcements. Following in the tracks of the Senton Mega 4x4 SCT is the Granite Mega 4x4, a 1/10-scale R/C monster truck that features a unique chassis composition, eye-catching body graphics, and above all, a wallet-friendly price.

Starting with the body, the Granite Mega 4x4 features an aggressive body design that screams "monster truck". Available in either red or bright green, the graphics package is hard to miss, no matter where you're driving.

Looking beneath the polycarbonate skin, we find a chassis that's set up in a smart, easy-to-access fashion. Making that easy access even easier are multiple modular components, including a telescoping center driveshaft, differentials, motor and gearbox setup, and electronics pack.

Powered by a 12-turn, 55-size brushed motor and an included 8.4V NiMh battery, the Granite Mega 4x4 isn't lacking for power. Specs and website details claim it can achieve speeds of 30+ mph.

Rounding out the details are the radio and other electronic components. A Tactic TTX300 transmitter and Tactic TR326 3-channel receiver are included in this ready-to-run package, ensuring solid range and control while you drive. All of the electronic bits are waterproof/water resistant, making this go-anywhere, do-anything radio-controlled beast.
